The Constitutional Court in Prizren has declared a condemnation of Aziz Gashi, condemning him to 30 years in prison for the murder of Becir Morina, which had occurred in September 2023, in Prizren’s APUAbana district.

The court has also decided that the detention measure will continue against the accused until the full might of the act.
