State Chief Prosecutor Zejnullah Gashi has initiated disciplinary procedure and recommended the suspension of chief prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec, Joy Vucetaj, and prosecutor Arlinda Nallbani Gacaferri.
