State chief prosecutor Zejnullah Gashi has confirmed Gazeta’s exclusive reporting signal that she has initiated disciplinary procedure and recommended the suspension of chief prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecution in Pec, Joy Vucetaj, as well as prosecutor Arlinda Nallbani Gacaferi.
Asked about this issue, Gashi has briefly confirmed the decision.
The signal newspaper reported earlier, based on sources, that Chief Prosecutor Gashi will initiate disciplinary procedure and recommend the suspension of two officials, at the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council meeting, called for 1: 00 p.m.
According to signal reporting, recommendations relate to findings of the Chief State Prosecutor’s Office ( ZKS) for actions and inactions allegedly unable to prevent Arlinda Zekaj’s murder.
