An operation by the Directorate for Investigation of Organised Crime and Red Crimes has resulted in the arrest of a person in Pec, who allegedly for a period of time had forced the victim to pay various sums of money on behalf of the file.
The signal teaches that the person arrested is Luan Kastrati, The 42-year-old, who was caught in the flaggart while accepting money from the victim as an interest in the file.
According to information provided by the signal, the police operation was conducted on October 22nd 2026, following investigative actions conducted with the authorisation of the Basic Prosecutor in Pristina.
Kastrati allegedly exerted pressure on the victim through continuous action, forcing him to pay various sums of money as an interest in the file.
Police investigators have intervened at the very moment the suspect was accepting a sum of money from the victim, with what he’s been arrested in Afghanistan.
But the investigation has not ended with his arrest.
At the court’s order, police have also realised a raid on the suspect’s residence, where he has found and seized various material evidence, including an arsenal.
Two pistols, two long rifles and ammunition of different calibres have been seized during the search.
After completing the initial police action, the State Prosecutor from the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has issued a decision to prevent the suspect.
So Luan Kastract case has been initiated for criminal acts Fajde. From Article 331, duty from Article 340, as well as possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons.
Investigations into the case are ongoing.
