United Kingdom Representative to United Nations Organization ( The UN, Jennifer MacNaughtan, has called on Serbia for those responsible for the Banjska attack, including Milan Radojici, to be brought to justice.

During address to the UN, MacNaughtan recalled the armed attack on Zvecan Banjska, where Kosovo Police Sergeant Africa Bulnjak was killed.

We continue to call on Serbia for those responsible to be brought to justice, MacNaughtan said, specifically mentioning Milan Radojchiqi.

In its address, the British representative also talked about the importance of normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia, stressing that it is essential for long-term stability and the European perspective of both countries.

It called on both sides to implement existing agreements and to engage constructively in the dialogue facilitated by the European Union.

MacNaughtan also stressed the importance of dawning the fate of missing persons during the war, seeking access to the archives and relevant documentation from Serbia.

Among other things, the United Kingdom reiterated support for Kosovo and called for revising UNMIK’s role and funding, in line with current developments and reality in the country.
