Arsenal has scored 2-0 victories over Everton in the match for the eighth week of Premier League, continuing the race on top of the table.

The Mikel Arteta-led team unblocked the score as early as the seventh minute, when Ezra Konssa scored after a knock from the corner, passing the Londoners to the highest 1-0.

Arsenal went on to seek the second goal and created several good opportunities, but Michael Merino and Non-Museke failed to concreteize their cases.

At the end of the first part, Merino risked his head again after a blow of Dean Rice’s sentence, but the ball ended on the beam.

In the second half, Everton tried to get back into the game, but Arsenal was able to double the advantage in the 68th minute.

Ben White sent a good ball to the area, while Gabriel sent the ball to the net with his head, sealing the 2-0 advantage.

After the second goal, both trainers made several replacements, but the result did not change until the end of the meeting.

With this victory, Arsenal goes to 21 points and holds second place in the Premier League table, continuing to follow the leader. /Telegraph/
