The Mikel Arteta-led team continues its excellent form in the championship, recording its 12th victory in the last 13 games of Premier League.

The Arsenal started the meeting at a high pace and moved to an advantage at the seventh minute. After a blow from the corner, Everton’s defense failed to get rid of the ball, while Ezra Conda took advantage of the mess in the area to send the ball to the net in the vicinity. That was his first goal with the fans of Arsenal.

After the advantage goal, locals continued to exert pressure and created several opportunities to double the outcome. Noni Maduek was among the most active players in the offensive phase, but his blows ended near Jordan Pickford’s gate.

Michael Merino also took a risk with his head, while Everest had the opportunity to equalize before the end of the first part. However, goalkeeper David Raya reacted at the right time to stop trying Theerno Barryt after a mistake in protecting Arsenal.

In the second part, Arsenal continued to control the game, and in the 68th minute he managed to score the security goal. Gabriel rose higher than the opposing defenders, and, after a Ben White arching, realised head by 2-0.

Everton tried to get back to the game, but he found it difficult to create dangerous cases. The best opportunity in the last few minutes was to meet Kiernan Dewbury-Halli, whose head attack ended narrow outside the gate.

With this victory, the Arsenal goes to 21 points as far as Manchester City does, continuing the strong race for the head of the table.

On the other hand, Everton suffered his second consecutive defeat of Chelsea as he continued to have difficulty fighting as a guest. David Moes’ team has recorded only one victory in the last 31 encounters as host to Arsenal at Premier League, confirming the difficulties it has experienced over the years in this stadium.
