A serious event has occurred in Tirana, where a person has been found killed inside his vehicle on the road to Michael Popié.

In the photo provided by journalist Eraldo Harlicaj, there are victims inside the vehicle, while the car is seen with multiple damage and broken glass.

As journalist Doreina Bezat learns, the victim is Ismet Habil, 46, and has been shot in the movement.
