The Chinese company Honor is said to be testing a new phone with batteries with a capacity of between 14,000 and 15 thousand mAh, which can function up to seven days without having to refuel.
According to information coming from industry sources in China, the device is still in the testing phase and is not known if it will be produced for the wider market.

A battery with a capacity of 15 thousand mAh would be evidently larger than those currently used in most smart phones. By comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra model has batteries with a capacity of 5,000 mAh.
However, such a large battery presents challenges for the manufacturer, especially in the thickness and weight of the telephone, as well as temperature management.
Honor already has experience with high – capacity batteries. The Honor Win RT model, oriented to the games, has been equipped with batteries of 12,070mAh.
If the project is realised, the new phone may be especially attractive to often travelling users or in need of longer battery autonomy.
However, the seven – day functioning claim should be taken in reserve, since the actual length will depend on the means of use of the device. So far, Honor has not announced the possible date of the presentation. /Telegraphy/
