The hearings included in the detention request cite reflections, measurement tools, soda, vacuum and 82kg of heroin seized in the case known as the Reflexor
Insander newspaper

Rectors and other legitimate goods are one of the central elements in the description that the Special Prosecutor makes the suspected way of transporting heroin.
In the request for continued detention, the prosecution claims that several persons suspected admitted heroin to Istanbul, hid it in various packages, and then placed it on trucks carrying legitimate goods towards Kosovo.
According to the document, drugs in Kosovo were allegedly taken by other persons who carried out the mix and repacking, depending on market demands.
What is mentioned in conversation?
In the section related to Onur Viridik, Lorik Tigan and Kenan Brovina, the prosecution mentions tools for measuring heroin strength, vacuum equipment, cutting, soda, buckets and other materials.
In a communications release of March 7, 2021, a reference to CHA7.5 kg) is read in the document. Other discussions mention soda, water, and the amount of mixer.
These communications, according to the Prosecutor, are part of a broader picture. They are related to other messages, photographs, vehicles, suspected storage sites, and cases of sequentification.
But the words of transcripts must be read carefully. A number mentioned in a conversation does not automatically indicate what substance it refers to if it comes to weights, packages, or other material. For this reason, reports of expertise and material evidence that the Prosecution says provides also matter.
50 pounds [82 kg] of heroin
The request is said that on February 23rd, 2022, the group described by the Prosecutor’s Office has been seized at 82kg of heroin, hidden in reflection for correction. The document calls this case the Reflexor.
This claim is presented as the link between Sky ECC communications and a concrete selection. For a full report, the act of sequencing must be verified, the court’s decision in the case of Ryflofctory, laboratory reports and actual status of the procedure.
The main question is to what extent the transcripts involved in the request are directly related to the selection of 82kg, and to what extent the prosecution is using them only as indications of a broader structure.
Transport Network
The prosecution describes a chain starting in Turkey and continues through trucks with legitimate goods. According to her, in some cases reflectives are used, while in other cases vehicles with modified spaces.
The document also mentions different residences and facilities in Pristina and Hajval, and which the Prosecution names as locations suspected of preservation, mixing, or repacking.
Operation Broken Sky has become public for the first time on June 3rd 2025, when Kosovo Special Prosecutor and Police announced the arrest of 22 people suspected of involvement in organised criminal groups, narcotics trafficking and money laundering. The operation had been conducted in the Pristina, Prizren, Pec and Gjilan regions, while 47 locations were checked by authorities, according to the announcement. At that stage it was reported on narcotics, cars, money, weapons, electronic equipment and documents, while the investigation was linked to communications in the encrypted Sky ECC app.
On September 24th 2025, the prosecution announced another expansion of the operation, with seven arrests and raids at 25 locations. According to the announcement released by Insander, people were suspected of participation in organised groups, purchases, possessions, distribution and unauthorized narcotics sales, as well as money laundering. Over a pound of cocaine, 11 thousand euros, 34 cars, seven weapons and documents with false identities were reported. Authorities said the operation was supported by co-operation with Belgium, France, the Netherlands and EUROOPOL.
In June 2026, Insander published that the file was expanded to other people, including Mentor Imam and Prince Dobros. According to documents provided by Inseder, Imam was linked by the Prosecution to a load of 83.5kg of heroin seized in February 2022 in Han, Elez, in a truck carrying electric heaters from Turkey to Pristina. The same report said that special Prosecution investigations relied on encrypted communications from Sky ECC and that the network was suspected of international narcotics trafficking and money laundering.
The Special Prosecutor’s request of October 27th 2026 for continuing custody presents a new phase of this investigation. It mentions transcripts of Sky ECC, electronic equipment screening reports, financial evidence, wealth, vehicles, sequentials and requirements for international judicial co-operation. The prosecution says the investigations have not yet been completed and that Sky ECC communications are connecting with other evidence.
