SOt at the Court of Appeals will be considered the complaint of Naim Mursel, sentenced to life imprisonment for his wife’s murder, Liridona Ademiaj.
The 30 – page complaint, handed down by Mursel’s two lawyers, requires a breakdown in the act or a change in punishment to a more mild degree.

In the complaint, the defence claims the first-degree court has assessed the evidence unilaterally and selectively. Also, claims are raised regarding Mursel’s manner of questioning by police.
Lawyers claim some of the defence proposals have not been taken into account, including the reconstruction of the site and the examination of Mursel’s clothing.
Details of the complaint have also been addressed in the chronicle of the Klan Kosova published on 26 August.
