The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has called for the appointment of a month’s detention for Valon Currin, the owner of the military station Tactical, who allegedly sold illegally over 110 firearms and later reported falsely that they were stolen.

The prosecution has announced on Wednesday that Curri has made a decision to start investigations, while at the Constitutional Court in Gjakova has filed a request for the appointment of a 30-day detention measure, says Insander.

According to prosecution allegations, from October early October 30th to October 2026, at the Gjakova arms range, Curri allegedly sold over 110 firearms to two people with the initials D.P. and L.U.

In response to the prosecution’s request, among other things, it is suggested that there is a suspicion that the defendant with the initial V.C. From the beginning of October 2026 through the 30.10,2026th, in Gjakova, specifically in the artogenous range of arms… who are currently on the run. After that, the defendant reported the case to the Kosovo Police, claiming that the same weapons had been stolen, the report said.

The weapons, at the request of the Prosecutor, were allegedly found in the warehouse of the licensed range.
