Analyst Sadri Ramabaja has estimated that political responsibility for the case of Arlinda Zekaaj should be addressed to Interior Minister Jedal Svecla, rather than to Justice Minister Donika Grovalla.

Speaking in Debat Plus, Ramaba has said that Gervala has been taking the lead in the Ministry of Justice for a while, while Svechla has been at the helm of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for years.

What can you ask Donika Gervalles when she’s got two months or three justice minister. The interior minister, who has been there for years, would have to resign. And that chain of command, there it is, still there. I as a citizen know of similar problems in other Kosovo centres, especially Mitrovica. That chain of command fails completely.

That’s why I would ask for the resignation of Interior Minister, but not Donika, who took this sector yesterday, Haxhiu said.
