Five Albanians have been sentenced to a total of 48 years and nine months in prison in Great Britain, after being convicted of involvement in an organised criminal group that committed at least 59 burglaries in some parts of the country.
The group had stolen gold ornaments, expensive brand bags, luxurious clocks, and cash, worth a million pounds.

The convicts are Andrew Nikolley, 29, Christian Gropcaj, 30, Chrysjian Dedndreaj, 28, George Pepa, 31, and Zidian Llesey, 26.
Nikolly and Gropcaj were sentenced to 10 years in prison, Dedndreaj and Pepa to nine years, while Llesey was sentenced to 10 years and nine months in prison.
According to Cheshire Police, the group pre-elected the homes of wealthy people and used stairs to enter through windows on top floors and balconys, where it then sought valuable items.
The investigation began in October 2024 and included several counties of Britain, including Cheshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamhamshire, Staffordshire, and Warwickshire.
During the raids, police seized 13 sacks of luxury brands and 14 hours worth about 17 thousand pounds. Hundreds of stolen items and messages with targeted property locations were found in the suspects’ phones.
According to investigators, members of the group had also set weekly targets for the amount of gold intended to steal.
In this case, a British woman, Jade Tub, 33, was also sentenced to 12 months in prison on bail for two years after admitting guilt for ownership of property benefited from criminal activity.
