We especially like the Albanians of the Valley living in northern Macedonia, travel towards their locations, and exercise the right to vote.

May we turn the union into political force and October 25th into a historic day for the Albanians of the Valley. The goal is the largest Albanian representation in Serbia’s Parliament, stated in a written statement issued by V LEN

Even Democratic Union for Integration chairman Ali Ahmeti has called on Albanians in Presevo, Bujanoc, Medvedja and other settlements to participate in the 25 October parliamentary elections in Serbia.

Through a Facebook post, Ahmeti has cited the importance of political representation of Albanians in Serbia’s Parliament, especially in protecting national, linguistic and civic rights.

The political representation of Albanians in the Parliament of Serbia is of particular importance for the protection of national, linguistic and civic rights, as well as for raising concerns about discrimination, injustice and challenges facing Albanians on these three-weeks, Ahmeti has written.
