Journalist Parim Oluri has criticised Minister Xhelal Svecla over the lack of uniforms and hats for young police officers at the graduation ceremony.

Speaking on the show “Presing ‘%s’, Oluri has said it is unacceptable that young police officers do not have uniforms and hats for the graduation ceremony, while the minister speaks of police reform.

You have failed, sir, to the point of not having a hat for the new cop. You’re the main loser, you quit. Make way for him to do the reforms, Oluri has declared.
