The Constitutional Court in Pec has assigned Albert Sylajt a month of detention, suspected of killing Arlinda Zekaj.
According to the court’s announcement, the detention measure was scheduled after the request of the Basic Prosecutor in Pec, the Randa Crime Department, due to the suspicion that Sylaj has carried out the criminal work — the grave murder.
The prosecution’s request has been approved by Prosecution Judge Sami Shadaku.
The prison has been scheduled for a month and is counted from October 27, 2026, at 23:40, to November 27, 2026.
