Nik Gilosaj has been elected first chairman of the United Albanian Forum in Montenegro.

After the election, Gelosaj has expressed gratitude and responsibility for the task, naming the unification of Albanian politics one of the greatest goals of his political journey.

In a Facebook post, he has said that this union comes after a long journey, with sacrifices and challenges, while mentioning both the achievement and the establishment of the Tuzi municipality and the erection of the monument of Skenderbe in this city.

Today we joined what was never supposed to be shared. Our Union is not a threat to anyone, but a guarantee to more powerful Albanians and to a more just and European Montenegro has written Gelosha.

He has thanked the Albanian diaspora, collaborators and family for support, stressing that the diaspora was among the founders of the Forum.

Gjilosha has said the political union aims at empowering the voice of Albanians and ensuring a better future for new generations.

No individual is greater than the people or the ideal that brought us together. The union makes us stronger!
