Lipjan Mayor Imri Ahmeti has announced from life the life of Kosovo Liberation Army veteran Ali Shyceri Maiznilli, expressing condolences for family, fellow fighters and all who recognise him.
In his message of comfort, Ahmeti has reminded Mayzinol of the national issue, participants and organisers of protests against the Serbian regime, as well as one of the first KLA contributors to Lipjan.
He has stressed that during the war, Mayzinolli had placed his house at Shala in service to the liberation war, where the hospital was located for the treatment of wounded soldiers and military staff.
Also, meetings with international delegations were held in that house, and from there the delegation had started KLA to Rambouille.
Ahmeti has estimated that Mayzinol’s contribution and commitment to Kosovo’s freedom will remain part of collective memory, closing the message with words: Glory to his life and work!
