Defence Minister Ejup Macedonia has indicated that 3,220 new soldiers in the Kosovo Security Force have been recruited during five years of government.

Macedonia has said that through this process the power of the KSF’s human capacities have been strengthened and more than doubled it in number.

Over the five years of our government, we have recruited 3,220 new soldiers, empowering the human capacities of the Kosovo Security Force and reaching more than doubles in number, Macedonia has written.

He has stressed that investments in the development and professionalisation of the military will continue, with the aim of building a stronger, modern and willing force for the protection of the Republic of Kosovo.
