DDemocratic League of Kosovo exclusive ( LDK), Jehona Lushaku Sadriu, has declared that Kosovo institutions are obliged to do everything possible to ensure a fair judicial process in The Hague against former Kosovo Liberation Army ( KLA).

On show Info Magazine in Klan Kosova, Lushaku has commented on the meeting of the working group for drafting the state strategy regarding the appeal of the Special Court’s trial.

This group aims for the state of Kosovo to establish a state strategy against the process that is in The Hague, with the final goal of having a fair process, protecting human rights, procedures and all descriptions of the work tribunal itself has, Said Lushak Sadriu.

She has added that Kosovo institutions have the obligation to provide all necessary conditions for a fair trial.

As a state, we have a duty to do everything we can to ensure that there is a fair trial, a fair process, and that meets this judgment, offering all conditions and processes as fair as possible, She said.
