Democratic League of Kosovo MP Jehona Lushaku-Sadriu has issued sharp criticism of the executive over the findings of the recent European Union report on Kosovo.
From the speech of the Parliament, she has named this document the worst in history since the beginning of the publication of such reports, blessing the government’s direct responsibility in office.

Lushaku-Sadriu said the report reflects the continuing failures of the state in each area and that power cannot escape those responsible by arguing with political crises.
This report was probably the worst for the results, historically since reporting has begun. It’s a repeat of the failures our country has made in every area, even because of political crises. But let’s not forget that the Government was on duty and no one stopped our government from meeting these conditions, undertake reforms and respond to citizens’ demands with the best desire for Kosovo to move on its path towards the EU, she has said.
According to the LDK deputy, the limited syntagma ʹprogress used in the report accurately reveals stagnation in the most vital areas for citizens’ lives and democracy in the country.
It has listed a series of violations and irregularities that, according to it, are directly violating constitutional order:
Policy interference in the judiciary system;
Disrespecting the decisions of the Parliament by the Government;
Disregarding the Constitutional Court’s decisions and disrespecting legal deadlines.
These all undermine our country’s constitutional order. They are concerns beyond any concern, because they affect the constitutional core and functionality of our country, Lushaku-Sadriu concluded.
