PThe Founding Rockurry in Pec has started dealing with a recently delivered parapet, the late A.Z., which had called for urgent action against officials of responsible institutions because of claims of failure in carrying out official duties, including the execution of a judicial decision.

According to the prosecution’s announcement, the parachute was accepted on October 22nd 2026 by the prosecutor’s chief prosecutor, who has ordered its registration for treatment by the competent prosecutor.

The goal is to assess claims in terms of criminal responsibility, in the direction of the criminal act, the use of official office or authority.

After accepting and reviewing the parliament, the chief prosecutor, under legal competencies, has ordered her registration for treatment by the competent prosecutor, the prosecution’s announcement said.

Meanwhile, the parachute has also been forwarded to relevant institutions, including the Regional Police Directorate in Pec, the Foundation Court in Pec, the Directorate for Social Management and the Centre for Social Work.

These institutions have been asked to review claims and verify possible concessions or actions by relevant officials within their institutional responsibilities.

As for A.Z. request. For executing the court ruling related to equal exploitation of the house, the prosecution has indicated that the verdict has been executed with mediating the guardian prosecutor, in co-operation with the Kosovo Police.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec has stressed that all the circumstances of the case, including claims submitted by the late and actions of responsible institutions, will be dealt with seriously and professionally, in line with legal procedures.

At the end of the announcement, the prosecution has expressed condolences to the deceased’s family.
