A 21-year-old has caused a serious accident in the Andwil municipality in St. Gallenite in Switzerland, after trying to escape police control. His car crashed directly into a residential home, causing serious damage and endangering the collapse of the building.

The event took place Saturday, about 2:35 a.m., after a police patrol attempted to stop the young man in the city of Gossau. Instead of obeying the order of the police, he continued to leave in the direction of Andwil, with apparent speed above the permitted border.

During the departure, in the vicinity of a car garage, 21-year-old hit the road board by vehicle and lost control of the direction.

The car passed through the two lanes of traffic, penetrated through a fence, and slammed violently into the facade of a house.

The crash was so strong that the car ended up stuck in the underside of the building, while parts of it penetrated to the kitchen of the apartment, writes 20MinuteTelevision broadcast.

The manager suffered serious injuries, but he managed to get out of the vehicle himself before being rushed to the hospital.

Meanwhile, the house suffered serious structural damage and was declared endangered by the collapse. Before the car left the building, firefighters were forced to temporarily reinforce the object, while a statistics expert found damage to its supporting elements.

Because of danger, residents cannot return to their home. Andville’s community has organized emergency housing for them.

Car removal from the building was a complex operation, as the vehicle was trapped in the house structure. For this reason, rescue teams were forced to partially dismantle it before leaving.

Police have ordered blood and urine samples from 21-year-olds, while the driver’s license has been taken. So far, the material damage has not been finally assessed./Telegraphy/
