Diego Simeone has entered Spanish football history, having equalled the record for the largest number of victories by a coach in La League.
The Argentinian coach, known as El Cholo, has recorded a total of 344 victories in the Spanish football elite, thus equalizing legend record Luis Aragonés.
This success comes as evidence of Simeon’s continuation at the helm of Atlético Madrid, which he leads since 2011.
With this achievement, Simeones joins a major Spanish football name in La League record books.
