The leading local protagonist was striker Nicolas Jackson, who achieved two goals and helped Aston Villan continue the positive series of seven games without losses in all races.

On the other hand, Manchester City suffered its first defeat at the championship this season, ending the series of victories in the first seven laps.

Aston Villa started the match in the best way possible, moving to the upper hand since the early stage of the meeting. Nicolas Jackson used a mistake in protecting City, infiltrated the area, and with a powerful blow sent the ball to the net.

Manchester City reacted and created opportunities to equalize the outcome. Ilimanshiye was among the most dangerous players, but goalkeeper Zion Suzuki proved decisive with his expectations, denying the goal in some cases.

Despite the efforts of the guest team, Aston Villa managed to maintain her supremacy until the end of the first part.

However, City returned vigorously after the break. In the first few minutes of the second half, a well – executed sentence created the possibility of equalizing. The demon bent correctly into the area, while Erling Haaland pulled off well and headed down for 1-1.

After the draw point, Manchester City’s team also called for the overthrow. Josko Gvardilol was very close to realisation, but his powerful blow was stopped by Suzuki, who diverted the ball to the track.

This expectation proved crucial, as Aston Villa again passed through the upper hand just a few minutes later. Nicolas Jackson achieved his second personal goal, defeating Gianluigi Donnarumma with a low shot for the score 2-1.

In the last few minutes, Manchester City exerted great pressure in search of the draw, but Aston Willlas’ protection remained organised. The most dangerous case came after a Hawaiian-headed blow, but Ian Maatsen removed the ball from the gate line.

Thus, Aston Villa secured a big victory at home, while Manchester City lost the opportunity to win the first eight season matches at Premier League — a achievement that would have been placed in a very limited team of teams in English football history.

For Aston Willan, this victory represents another evidence of good form, while Nicolas Jackson confirmed his importance in the offensive department with two decisive goals.
