Brazil’s selector, Carlo Anceplotti, has responded to the criticism of Barcelona’s President Joan Laporta’s November match collection.
Laporta had expressed concern about the Brazilian assailant’s physical condition and the burden that long travel with the national could cause him, especially after the injury suffered in September.

However, Anceplott made it clear that the Brazilian federation has not received any particular requests from Barcelona, and that decisions to assemble football players are made based on national needs.
We don’t have specific requests, nor do we need them. During the international games, we will invite footballers, whom we consider important to Brazil’s national, Anceplott stated.
Raphael is included in Brazil’s list of two November friendlys against Japan on November 14th and Singapore on November 17th, both scheduled to take place in Singapore.
According to the Spanish newspaper SportsBarcelona’s attacker will travel some 22 thousand miles round and round for these two meetings.
Meanwhile, Anceplott announced that for Brazilian clubs in the title, there has been another approach, not amassing footballers from Flamengo and Palmyras because of the importance of decisive matches at the local championship.
