The Kosovo Accords festival, in this year’s edition, for the first time hosts a special children’s evening, with 15 young artists performing orchestras in October1st Hall in Pristina.

The children’s evening, called Children’s Accords, is the third and final night of the festival, as it is expected to bring songs of love, peace, self-confidence and children’s dreams.

This evening’s executive promotion, Valbona Tahiri, told RTK that 15 children will be added to the stage, some of whom will experience for the first time the emotions of such a festival.

She described this organisation as an important opportunity for young artists and expressed conviction that the evening for children will become a traditional part of the Kosovo Accords.

It’s the third night, last night, but perhaps most importantly, as children return to the stage and sing the orchestra, Tahiri said.

The evening will be presented to Adea Pula, who was once part of the children’s music scenes.

Meanwhile, at the festival’s two preliminary nights, dedicated to adults, winners were announced.

The first prize by the jury was won by Troy Bicuri with the song Mount and Moon. The award for the orchestra was shared with Fatbarda Nikci, while the prize for best text was won by Olympia with the song “Amanet.”

One of the special moments of this edition was to share the prize for vital work for composer Spring Badivuk.

Also participating in the festival were renowned artists Jonida Maliqi, Boykan Lako, Besnik Chaka, Sejat Jakupi and Deniza Begolli.
