Another person has ended up in the Kosovo Police cuffs under investigations that are under way in the code-named case, Kuzina, which relates to allegations of illegal narcotics substance activities.
The signal teaches exclusively that the person arrested is Bandalli Shkodran (42), which was banned near his home in Prizren, where a police raid was later realized.
According to information provided by the signal, the operation was conducted on October 22nd 2026, at 11:10, on the town road in Prizren, by investigators from the Bureau for Narcotics Trafficking Investigation, the unit in Prizren.
Following Bandri’s arrest, police units, in the implementation of the warrant issued by the Constitutional Court in Prizren, have searched his home with the assistance of the forensics unit.
During the search, several plastic bags of suspected narcotic marijuana substance, with a total weight of 718,18 grams, have been found and seized.
In addition to the alleged narcotic substance, police have seized even a plastic bag vacuuming device, an electronic scale, a marijuana grinder, a phone, a spray, and a package of cards for cigarette wraps.
According to estimates included in police information, the value of the seized substance in the illegal market totals about 3 thousand and 500 euros.
After the end of the search, Bandall has been escorted to interview where he was questioned in the presence of his defense attorney.
With the written decision, the ban has been imposed on him for 48 hours and the same has been submitted to the Banting Centre at Prizren Police Station.
The case is being investigated for criminal work ‘%Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue substances, while investigations are continuing by the competent unit for investigating narcotics trafficking in Prizren.
