Erjon Viskulli, the 28-year-old who was injured in the eye by a rubber bullet during the first three days’ protest, has reacted to social networks prior to the operation he underwent in Italy.
In his post, Vishkull shared the message: God will create relief after hardship, while with his hands he has made the symbol of the two – horned eagle.
Meanwhile, two prosecutors have launched investigations with their initiative for criminal acts of duty and the carrying out of arbitrary action, where suspects are State Police officers, following the crash during which the 28-year-old man was wounded.
Under the investigation, about 20 medical records of injured persons, including those of the Viscule, have been administered.
