An old revolver, covered in rust and with four bullets left inside, has been discovered during a police raid at a house in Novoberda. The owner has declared that the gun was found during the renovation of the house and that it belonged to his late grandfather.
Signal sources suggest that it is Goran Stoshicin about 54 years old, from the village of Bostan of Novoberda, to which criminal case for unauthorised possession of weapons has been initiated.

The search was conducted on October 21, 2026, under a court order, while the raid lasted from 09:40 to 10:20.
During the search, police officials have found an elaborate revolver, with four rounds inside.
The situation of the gun was such that it could not recognize identifying data or serial numbers.
In fact, because of the rust, the police have failed to extract four bullets from the revolver.
Asked about the origin of the gun, Stosic has declared that he had found it about a month or two earlier, during domestic renovation work.
According to his statement, the revolver had been the property of the late grandfather and had been discovered by chance during the renovation.
Despite this explanation, police have seized weapons and ammunition, also releasing relevant sequencing documentation.
The State Attorney has been notified in the case, following a consultation with which the procedure for criminal work has been initiated in possession, control, or unauthorized possession of arms.
The case will be forwarded to the Founding Prosecutor in regular procedure.
Meanwhile, its full origin and legal status remain to be clarified.
