Kosovo President Justina Shiroka Pula has made a decision to return to the Law’s Assembly for Change and Fulfilling the Law for Specialised Chambers and the Specialised Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the presidency, the president has accepted the official proposal of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, as sponsor of the law, to grant the Parliament the possibility of his review, especially of provisions related to the jurisdiction and mandate of the Specialised Chambers, as well as the full guarantee of the constitutional rights of persons being tried near these chambers.
