Protests have started in the town of Peja against the murder of women, following the serious case of Arlinda Zekiaj, who was killed in Vitomirica on October 25th.

Protesters have expressed their dissatisfaction with the institutions responsible, demanding justice and accountability for the case.
During the protest, protesters have painted the shoes of police officials in red while constantly cheering on the March.
They will march towards the Peja Community, the Centre for Social Work, Police, Court and Prosecutorship.
The protest takes place in a sign of riots against violence and the murder of women, as well as to seek institutional responsibility for possible inactions in the case of Arlinda Zekiaj.
Marching in Pec is part of the civic reactions being held in Kosovo, with the request for justice, protection and security for women. /Telegraphy/
