You know very well that the Special Court, or the Law for Specialised Chambers in this case, is an extraordinary law, of extraordinary importance, and not only this law, but not every law that needs, even being re-signed, or reconsidered, we as MPs should respect the will of the citizens of the Republic of KosovoShe said.

She has stressed that, if the president requires the law to be reviewed, MPs are obliged to participate in this process, in line with parliamentary and constitutional procedures.

Therefore, if the request is from the president in this case, that the law should be reviewed, re-signed, each MP must make the contribution. It’s inside the Framework even within the Constitution. So, with the Constitutions and the Order, we have an obligation to reevaluate them whenever the request is to reconsiderShe said.
