Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has held a meeting with the European Commissioner for Enlargement, Marta Kos, in St. Stefan of Montenegro, in the Berlin Process Summit.

He has stressed that with fully functional institutions, Kosovo will speed up reforms needed for European integration.

Last week we passed the latest SEPA integration law, which will spare citizens, businesses and diaspora around 58m euros a year, while negotiations for Role like at Homege soon begin to join the area without additional tariffs, Kurti has declared.

The prime minister has demanded that Kosovo’s democratic progress and harmonisation with the European Union’s foreign policy be reflected in concrete steps towards membership.

Our democratic progress, commitment to common values and alignment with the common EU Foreign and Security Policy should be reflected in concrete steps. The Commission’s active support for candidate status is important and necessary, he has stressed.

Kurti has also stopped at agreements reached within the Berlin Process, saying Kosovo has ratified all, including the diploma recognition agreement.

In this direction, he has demanded that the agreements be implemented by all participating countries, specifically citing Serbia.

In the Berlin Process, Kosovo has ratified all agreements, including the one for recognition of diplomas, which must be implemented all, including our northern neighbour, Serbia, has declared. /Telegraphy/
