At 20:20 p.m., at 2310.20, in the village of Gostivar, at the site called éuri Sokoleci, police officials from Galata Police Station have deprived four people of their freedom: N.S. (63) From the village of Rzepch, M.D. (55) from the village of Chelllopek, as well as Mr.M. (72) and N.K. (78) from the village of Vrapca.
They’ve been caught in the flaggard by conducting illegal excavations with the aim of finding gold. During the search, police have confiscated a metal detector, shovels, picks and other items.
The four people are suspected to have committed criminal acts according to Article 264 of the Penal Code, news or destruction of assets under temporary protection or natural sands.
All have been detained at the police station, while after the case documentation, corresponding speculation will be raised against them, the Ministry of Internal Affairs ( MPB).
