A critical post for works on the streets of Kosovo has ended with a conviction in the police, as an independent journalist has reportedly been threatened via Facebook after publishing his comments concerning municipal officials.
Signal Journal sources suggest that Arlind Imer, 36, was presented at the Kosovo Police Station on October 28th, about 15:45, to report a comment he has considered threatening.
According to information provided by the signal, the case relates to a post the journalist made on October 25th, following his research and criticism regarding the work of municipal officials.
He had distributed a publication of the KA portal. LLXO.com, with the title “Rren], which addressed claims about the thickness of asphalt in Fushe Kosovo, accompanying it with a critical comment on a municipal director and pages that had published 30cm thickness information.
Following this post, a Facebook profile named Édmond Pllanaão has been made a comment with insulting and threatening words.

The journalist has stated that he felt threatened by these words, especially the last time he saw you, and has sought the treatment of the case by authorities.
The relevant police units, including the cyber unit, have been announced for the incident, as communications took place on the social Facebook network.
However, according to signal sources, the person behind the profile has not yet been officially identified, while after consultations with competent organs has been instructed to compile an official note.
The case raises concerns about the threatening language against journalists who publish criticism on issues of public interest, while the identity of the comment author remains to be clarified and whether the elements of the rowing criminal work exist.
