A serious event took place Saturday in the village of Licoc in Skyright, where a 79-year-old was found lying on the street, while his death was subsequently ascertained, the Signal newspaper reported.

Zenel has been sent to the emergency of the Centre for Family Medicine in Skenderaj, where the caretaker doctor, about 1500, has ascertained his death.
