Alliance MP Burim Ramadani has criticised Kosovo government for lack of plan and results, raising concerns about Kosovo diplomacy’s response to statements made in the Kremlin and delays in the Gjakova ammunition factory project.
During his speech at the Kosovo Parliament session, Ramadani has said Kosovo diplomacy has not responded to Ivica Dacic’s statements in the Kremlin, which, according to him, have questioned Kosovo’s security.

It has also criticised the powers for failing to realise the promise to launch ammunition production in Gjakova by the end of 2026, claiming that no concrete steps have been made to realise the project so far.
Ivica Dacic went to Russia, and Maria Zaharova of the Kremlin repeats the threat to our national security, but we saw no reaction from our diplomacy, and when we see no reaction, we understand that there is no plan, and when there is no plan, there is no plan. We have to talk about all the topics, even the Gjakova ammunition factory, which we’ve been told dozens of times that by the end of 2026, ammunition is produced. Did you know no brick was made, no result there was only words, Ramadan said.
The AAK MP has also raised criticism of the price of the diaper in various municipalities, comparing the tonne costs in Podujevo and Rahovec. He has accused the Podujevo municipality, which is led by the Vetevendosje Movement, of paying the most expensive diaper because of the procedure followed for procurement.
In Podujevo the price of a diaper is costing 520 euros of ours, and in Rahovec it costs 400 euros of ours. In Rahovec, who is led by the Alliance, there is open procedure, and in Podujevo, which is led by the Vetevendosje Movement, is under closed procedure, respectively. Do you see how expensive you are costing the people of Kosovo?
