European representatives will not participate in trilateral technical negotiations between Ukraine, the US and Russia, scheduled for next month, Russian President Yuri Usakov’s deputy said.

According to him, agreement has been reached for talks to develop without Europe’s participation, reported Pravda.

They can come if they buy tickets, but nobody wants to invite them to the negotiating table, Usakov said.

He did not confirm the Ukrainian president’s statement, Volodymyr Zelensky, that technical negotiations could be held on November 10th. The Russian official added that the date of the meeting would become known soon.

Usakov had earlier warned that Russia is ready to continue trilateral negotiations with the US and Ukraine on ending the war after November 4th.

Zelensky, meanwhile, said that, after European leaders’ talks with the Russian president, there are signs that Moscow is seriously considering the possibility of a meeting of negotiating teams in Abu Dhabi.

He added that holding a trilateral meeting between the Ukrainian, US and Russian technical teams, scheduled for early November, depends on the United States.

The Telegraph reported that Russia may try to exploit the new round of peace negotiations to promote NATO makes concessions. /Telegraphy/
