QRetailers in Brazil are voting this Sunday in the second round of presidential elections, in an extremely close race between current left president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, and right-wing senator Flavius Bolsonaro.
Lula, 80, who targets a fourth non-consecutive mandate, has described the race as a battle for democracy and the country’s sovereignty, reports BBC, broadcast I did. tv.

On the other hand, Flavius Bolsonaro, 45, son of former President Jair Bolsonaro, comes ahead after victory in the first round and has pledged a fierce fight against organised crime, tax cuts and release for his jailable father.
The election history in Brazil plays in favour of Bolsonaro’s son, as no candidate who has won the first round has lost the run-off.
However, Lula supporters hope in the collapse, targeting the votes of over 33 million citizens who did not vote in October.
The first official results are expected to come out tonight, with Lula attending them from São Paulo and Bolsonaron from Brasília capital.
