General Assembly of the European Organization for Quality ( The EOQ is held in the UBT, under preparations for the 67th Congress of this organisation, which is held in Kosovo on October 21st, 2026. This organisation takes on particular importance as it coincides with the 70th anniversary of the establishment of EOQ and the 20th anniversary of the organisation ʹQuality Kosovaʹ, placing Kosovo at the centre of an event of international importance in the area of quality.

During the Assembly, representatives of national member organisations discussed preparations and co-ordination of the congress, which will gather experts, academics, professionals and institutional representatives from different parts of the world.

The meeting also served to advance international co-operation and exchange experiences in the area of quality.

67th Congress The EOQ will be held in UBT Science, Innovative and Technological Park under the theme Shaping Quality for a Smart, Modern and Internable Resilient Quality, Growth, Human Dance and Trust in the Age of AI.

Discussions will focus on the role of quality in sustainable development, innovation and digital transformation, with particular emphasis on the impact of artificial intelligence and the importance of belief and human values.

For EOQ, this year marks 70 years of its founding in 1956. Over these decades, the organisation has contributed to advancing standards, developing quality culture and building an international network of professional experts and organisations.

At the same time, the 20th anniversary of KQuality Kosova) marks two decades of commitment to promoting quality in Kosovo and strengthening ties with the European community of this area.

Organising the country’s congress provides an opportunity to increase Kosovo’s international visibility and present its capacities in quality, innovation and institutional development.
