France’s Ambassador to Kosovo, Jean-François Hutet, and Environment Minister Victory Pacolli, kept their word during the opening of the conference of the European university coalition Q-Helix, dedicated to intelligent cities (smart ties), stressing the importance of co-operation and innovation in meeting the urban challenges of the future.

With 11 participating universities, including the University of Artois and IBCM, Q-Helix testifies to the power of European co-operation in the service of scientific research and transformation of territories, the French Embassy in Kosovo reports.
