Russia has bombed a relief centre and a nearby shelter in southern Ukraine on Monday, killing at least 26 people.
The news has been made known by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and the Ukrainian Emergency Services.

According to Ukrainian authorities, among the victims are two members of rescue teams and four police officers who were killed in the village of Komyshuwakha, in the southeastern Zaporisiza.
Five other people are being treated in the hospital, including two rescue teams employees, reports The Guardian.
In his nightly speech, Zelensky said Russian forces had originally dropped bombs on a school in this village, which was used as shelters and points for the distribution of humanitarian aid.
There was no lesson at school, for the village located southeast of the region’s main city, Zaporizhaja, is very close to the front line.
The Russians first hit the very moment people were arriving with several air bombs. Then there was a second attack, with more air bombs, this time on the shelter. A disgusting terrorist attack, Zelenskyy declared.
During the evening, emergency teams have searched the ruins of collapsed buildings, using handlights to locate survivors.
Meanwhile, Regina Kharchenko, secretary of the Zaporizha City Council, said 27 people resulted missing after the attack.
Rescue operations have been difficult Monday evening, as Russian fears have carried out other attacks in the bombing area, according to Mykhailo Semikin, a military official in Zaporizhja.
Zelenskyy said Russia could not have known that residents who were left in Komyshuwakha met each week at that point to receive packages of humanitarian aid.
According to him, the attack proves that Moscow intends to kill people, instead of using the truce reached last week in the town of Olesky, south of Ukraine, with the mediation of Melanie Trump, the wife of US President Donald Trump.
The Russians continue to testify, occasionally, their hatred of Ukraine and all that exists here, Zelensky said.
He added that if Russia really wanted to reduce tensions, it would be possible to proceed with humanitarian steps following developments in Olesky, but that, according to him, Moscow is continuing to kill people.
Last week’s truce enabled the evacuation of residents from Olesky, a city under Russian occupation.
This was the longest suspension of fighting between the two countries since the beginning of the war, which has already entered the fifth year and has caused hundreds of thousands of victims and the shift of millions.
The Kremlin has declared that no other similar humanitarian missions have been planned at the moment.
Meanwhile, United States special envoy Steve Whitoff has announced on Monday that talks between Russia and Ukraine, led by the US, are expected to resume next week.
According to him, the meeting will be held on November 10th and 11th in Abu Dhabi.
US President Donald Trump has made efforts to reach an agreement that would end the war, but so far there has been no progress in negotiations.
The upcoming talks are held at a time when Ukraine and its European allies are concerned that Trump is increasingly attracted to Moscow’s attitudes.
