Democratic Party of Kosovo MP ( PDK), Blerta Deliu, has declined to answer the request that this party has submitted to the presidency for the return of the Law for Specialised Chambers to the Assembly for review.

Kosovo President Justina Shiroka-Pula has returned the law following the PDK’s request, which has called for implementation of provisions related to the jurisdiction and mandate of the Special Court in The Hague, as well as ensuring the constitutional rights of persons deemed by this court.

The PDK has declared that the purpose of the request is to strengthen judicial security and protect state interest.
