The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, the Department of Internal Crime, reports that in close co-operation with the Kosovo Intelligence Agency ( AKI) and the Kosovo Police, following the investigation, at the order of the State Prosecutor, a (1) person with the initials L.K. has been detained. For 48 hours, because the same suspect was carried out by Article 331 of KPRK and the commitment of Article 328 of KPRK.

Under investigative actions, special investigative measures have also been applied, including the sale and simulated purchase of items, services or items, with the aim of collecting evidence concerning alleged criminal activity.

Until this phase of the investigative procedure, it is suspected that the damage caused to the victim exceeds more than 50,000 euros.

The State Prosecutor, within the legal deadline, will apply for the appointment of the detention measure to the defendants, near the Constitutional Court in Pristina, in line with the Penal Procedure Code provisions.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina in co-ordination with AKI, the Kosovo Police and other competent institutions remain committed to fighting, guaranteeing and rule of law, as well as protecting public interest.
