Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has called on the Albanians of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja to participate in parliamentary elections in Serbia and support the Albanian coalition, which keeps the number 17 on the ballot.

In a Facebook post, Kurti has stressed the right of Albanians to live and build the future in the homeland, with equal opportunities. According to him, the response to discrimination, exclusion and oppression should be democratic, through voter turnout.

All of you who are in Kosovo and are eligible to vote in Presevo, Bujanoc and Medvedja must be in the country tomorrow to vote, he wrote.

Kurti has also asked Albanians living in the Presevo Valley to come to the polls and vote on the joint list of Albanian political subjects.

He has remembered the 29 September meeting with the leaders of these subjects in his office, which, according to him, concluded with the agreement to compete together on the Albanian co-ordination list.

The exercise weighs a little in hand, but the decision weighs on the future, it’s over, Kurt.
