Through a public reaction, Hoxha has questioned the way police are handling statements concerning the case, stressing that institutions should carefully analyse all relevant evidence and information.

I don’t know if the police should be careful when they’re offering, do they have to reason with their officials?! ! It wasn’t the will of the victim!

Hoxha has announced that the materials related to the case will be handed over to the State Chief Prosecutor in order to have them examined by competent organs.

She has called for special attention to the statement the victim allegedly gave to the police about half an hour before he was killed.

At least check the victim’s statement to the police in the middle of an hour before I was killed… and many more, Hoxha stressed.

The lawyer has insisted that this statement and other random materials be taken into account during a review of the circumstances, demanding that institutions not draw conclusions without analyzing all relevant data.
