Rash, Vranje, Kursumli and Tutti are scheduled for voters from Kosovo municipalities. The vote started at seven o’clock and ends at 8:00.

Serbian citizens from Kosovo are voting in these cities, as authorities in the Republic of Kosovo do not allow organising Serbia’s elections on the country’s territory since 2023.
