Serbian human rights activist Natasa Kandic has called for the deployment of a memorial in Batajnica, on the outskirts of Belgrade, where mass graves were discovered in 2001.

Kandic has written on X and has also demanded that war criminals no longer be celebrated in Serbia and the decisions of The Hague Tribunal be respected.
